Siren’s Tale cocktail · Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn

Siren Sunrise

Grapefruit, agave and pink peppercorn, rimmed in sea salt.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• ¼ oz agave nectar
• Pink peppercorns
• Coarse sea salt, for an optional rim

Method

1. Pour Siren's Tale Vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave and pink peppercorns into a cocktail shaker with a few cubes of ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour coarse sea salt onto a small plate. Wet the rim of your glass with a lime wedge and dip it in the salt.
4. Fill the glass with ice and strain the cocktail.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
