Lychee Martini

Lychee and elderflower, stirred cold and clear.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• ½ oz lychee liqueur
• ½ oz vermouth
• ¼ oz St-Germain

Method

1. Combine everything in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
