In ancient folklore, sirens have been a symbol of seduction and power — an irresistible force that drew sailors in with their beauty and mystery. Every woman has a siren inside of her. It's in her movement, her curves, her words, her song, her whisper and the twinkle in her eye.

Drinking men's tears
Where it began.
Brad Starkey, our founder, drew inspiration from the myth of the siren — particularly the intriguing detail of their consumption of men's tears, often said to hold rejuvenating qualities or a mysterious energy. Brad founded a glassware company called “Drinking Men's Tears,” an endeavor that would ultimately become the catalyst for the birth of Siren's Tale Vodka.
