Mint Mojito

Fresh mint, lime and a splash of soda.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• 1 oz lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup
• Fresh mint
• Club soda or sparkling water

Method

1. Lightly muddle the mint in the bottom of a cocktail shaker until aromatic.
2. Add Siren's Tale Vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and a handful of ice, and shake.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with lime slices and more mint.
