A tall, bright pour for long afternoons on the Riviera.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• ½ oz elderflower syrup
• 4 oz lemon sparkling soda
• Lemon and basil, for garnish

Method

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add Siren's Tale Vodka, elderflower syrup and lemon sparkling soda.
3. Stir, and garnish with lemon and basil.
