The classic 75, reborn in sparkling rosé.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• Sparkling rosé, to top

Method

1. Pour Siren's Tale Vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well, then strain into champagne glasses.
3. Top each glass with sparkling rosé and garnish with a twisted lemon peel.
