Matcha Martini

Matcha, almond milk and amaretto, finished with fresh nutmeg.

Ingredients

• 1½ oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1 oz hot water
• 2 oz almond milk
• 1 oz amaretto
• Nutmeg, to top

Method

1. Add the matcha powder to the hot water and whisk hard to dissolve, with a bamboo whisk or milk frother.
2. Add the prepared matcha to a cocktail shaker, then the almond milk, Siren's Tale Vodka and amaretto.
3. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, seal, and shake hard until it's cold to the touch.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe, getting as much liquid and foam into the glass as you can.
5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top and serve right away.
