Siren’s Tale cocktail · Raspberry Rose Martini

French Kiss

Muddled raspberry, rose water and a silk egg-white finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Siren's Tale Vodka
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz rose water
• 1 egg white
• Handful of fresh raspberries

Method

1. Muddle the raspberries in your shaker to a jam-like consistency.
2. Add Siren's Tale Vodka, simple syrup, lemon juice, rose water and egg white.
3. Add ice and shake.
4. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon or lime.
